When I contacted them they said it wasn’t their fault and suggested I write a letter to Canada Post!! I ordered the part three or four weeks ago and I still haven’t got it. Incredibly poor approach to customer service. At an absolute minimum, should have refunded the shipping charge to start with. If the package never shows up they should refund the rest.

After checking the tracking information, we can see that the parcel was processed through several locations in Canada during its journey, including Newfoundland. It subsequently continued to British Columbia and was marked as delivered by Canada Post on August 18 in Sparwood, BC.
We therefore invite you to check your mailbox, parcel locker or with your local post office, as the tracking indicates that the parcel was delivered there.

I was happy it didnt get damaged or go missing as it could have easily done. A bit more wrap around a pointy wire item might be a good idea....
